Residential

As licensed residential builders, we’ve taken on everything from laneway homes and secondary suites to major renovations across the Lower Mainland. And like every project we take on, you'll know exactly what it'll cost before we break ground.

Full Custom Home Build

This 4,000 sq ft custom home is a perfect example of how we love to build — for the long term. The house was designed with energy efficiency built into the structure itself. Thick walls, high-performance insulation, and high-end windows work together to minimize heat loss year-round. For the exterior, we used pre-painted Hardie board siding — a fibre cement product that's built to last for decades without needing to be repainted.

Inside, the kitchen and bathrooms are modern in design and finish. Every bedroom faces south and opens onto a balcony or deck — a deliberate choice to bring in natural light and make the most of the ocean views.

The result is a stunning waterfront home, built to be lived in for generations. Delivered on time and on budget.

Full Home Renovation & Addition

Sometimes the best move is working with what's already there. This full home renovation project not only involved gutting an older home down to the studs, but also adding an entirely new floor on top — an approach that let the owner maximize the home's square footage within what the city would approve. The scope was essentially a full rebuild within the existing footprint.

Inside, we completed a full interior overhaul. We renovated all four bathrooms, the kitchen, the workout room, and the home office — all complete with new drywall, paint, electrical, and plumbing throughout.

Structurally, we thickened the walls and added insulation, replaced the slab, repaired the foundation, added brand new exterior envelope and siding, and built a new roof. These structural changes were not just cosmetic — they also brought the house up to current seismic specifications, something older homes often can't claim, and worth noting if you're thinking about long-term safety and resale value.
